Acceptance

By using Roavia you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Roavia is

Roavia is a travel discovery platform and marketplace. We connect travelers with curated places and bookable experiences offered by independent vendors. Roavia is the marketplace — individual vendors are responsible for delivering their experiences.

User conduct

You agree to:

• Use Roavia for lawful purposes only
• Provide accurate information
• Not scrape, copy, or redistribute Roavia's content
• Not attempt to manipulate the tier system or community signals

Bookings

• Bookings are contracts between you and the vendor
• Cancellation policies are set by each vendor and shown before you book
• Roavia takes a 10% commission on completed bookings
• For disputes: email hello@roavia.com within 7 days of your experience date

Vendor terms

Vendors additionally agree to:

• Deliver experiences as described
• Maintain accurate availability
• Respond to guest messages within 24 hours
• Accept Roavia's 10% commission on all bookings
• Roavia may remove listings that violate these terms

Intellectual property

Roavia's editorial content, tier assignments, and Claude summaries are proprietary. The map design and curation system are owned by Roavia Inc.

Content you submit (suggested places, community notes) grants Roavia a non-exclusive license to display that content on the platform.

Limitation of liability

Roavia is a marketplace and is not responsible for vendor conduct, experience quality, or outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to Roavia (the 10% commission) for the relevant booking.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County courts.
