• Email addresses for authentication and contact form submissions
• Anonymous device fingerprints for trip reactions (no personal data, cannot identify you)
• Analytics events: pages visited, pins tapped, searches performed — anonymized
• Booking information when you complete a booking: name, email, booking details
• Home city if you choose to set it in your profile

How we use it

• Operating the Roavia service
• Sending booking confirmations and vendor messages
• Improving the map and place recommendations
• Sending product updates if you opt in

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services required to operate Roavia:

• Stripe (payment processing) — stripe.com/privacy
• Supabase (database hosting) — supabase.com/privacy
• Brevo (email) — brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy
• PostHog (anonymous analytics) — posthog.com/privacy
• Google Places API (place data) — policies.google.com/privacy

We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.

Your rights

California residents (CCPA): You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time.

EU residents (GDPR): The same rights apply.
